REFUNDS, CREDITS AND CANCELLATIONS

The Services are based on a fee paid via the Customer's credit card or account. CPNetWorld generally does not issue credits or refunds in the event of a change in Services requested or cancellations. However, in certain situations CPNetWorld customer support will review requests for refunds and credits. The decision to process and honor a customers refund or credit request will be at the sole discretion of CPNetWorld customer support and will be based on the facts and circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

 

  • All Ready To Deploy codes, websites, Templates, Extensions have Live Demo and Screen shots of backend is available on site. It's working on standard plateform are assured.
  • Please go through in details before ordering and verify that the hosting / server requirements match to your site. If any thing is not clear you may use  pre sales questions.  If you have knowledge in maintaining CMS then installation should be no problems else we can provide services to install the code or site on your server (you will need to provide cpanel / ftp / phpmyadmin). 
  • Refunds are processed if customer care is not able to install or make it functional similar to live demo - within 7 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your order.
  • Amount paid for technical services ordered can be cancelled and refund requested before the services have been provided.
  • Amount paid against invoices for services already provided are not refundable.
